Management System

Management System implemented by Company ‘Rud’ incorporates the quality control of all goods being produced by the Company, and as well the whole production process. The System implementation is considered to be the long-run process but the efficiency of the said actions has been proved just to the date.

Management System has been implemented by Zhytomyr Butter Dairy, PJSC in several phases:

  • Determination of the Company’s mission and thereof values system;
  • Development of ISO 9001 based Quality System;
  • Getting ISO 9001 Certificate, creation of initiative groups, taking into account the consumers’ loyalty;
  • Development of ISO 14001 based Ecology Management System (EMC), marketing researches, HACCP System development commencement;
  • Getting ISO 14001 Ecology Management System (EMC) Certificate, integration with ISO 9001:2000, EFQM Certificate – All Europe Perfection Recognition;
  • New strategic plans, re-certification upon ISO 9001, 14001;
  • Organizational structure modification, wide-ranging upgrade of the Company, development ISO 22000 based Foodstuffs Safety System;
  • Getting ISO 22000 based Foodstuffs Safety System Certificate;
  • Implementation of Intelligent Management System for the whole production in 2011.

Step-by-step implementation of the aforesaid system provides the Company with the possibility of integration into the international market thus offering the products of the highest quality confirming to the world-wide standards. Availability of the Certificates of Conformity to the requirements of the International Standards ISO 9001, 22000 and 14001 is considered to be the basis for the further development:

  • Forming thereof positive image;
  • Increase in the goods competitiveness;
  • The products consistent high quality guarantee;
  • Formation of the favorable environment for the new contracts conclusion.

ISO 9001 Quality System

The up-to-date management methods successfully mastered by the Company’s officers being the necessary prerequisites for the Quality System enable systematic work in order to find out the weak points in the production, taking the corrective and preventive measures, thus resulting in the quality increase in the wide sense thereto – from the products consuming features to the economic results of the Company’s activities.

The Quality Certificate availability shall be recognized as the Company’s possibility to provide the quality management of the processes in the field of dairy products output and increase in consumers’ satisfaction level.

Benefits of the Company from HACCP use (ISO 22000)

The HACCP is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. The HACCP has been to the date recognized all over the world as the most efficient method for assuring of the foodstuffs safety.

The HACCP is the preventive system applied within the food industry as the guarantee of made products safety. This system stipulates the systematic approach to analysis of the foodstuffs processing and production, recognition of any risks of chemical, physical and biological origin and control thereof.

The HACCP system has become the safety management model used by the companies representing the food industry sector in many countries all over the world, and HACCP methods implementation and application within the food industry sector is considered to be as obligatory to the date in EU-member states, USA and Canada.
