All Truth About Ice Cream — to Kids

Almost all companies, which deal with products production, advertise it using the standard methods: TV, outer signs, promo-actions and so on. Yet, only big and fair companies, which care for their consumer, take social actions.

The volumes of snack consumption (chips, nuts, crackers and so on) by children — are increasing from year to year. In contrast to ice cream, these products are hazardous for child’s organism, because of high content of artificial aromas and flavor additives. TM “Rud” has decided to implement a social project: to prove its consumers the true information about chips and crackers.

Since April 14, “All truth about ice cream — to kids” action is going to start, and will take place in Zhytomir and Vinnitsya.

4—8-grade students of all Zhytomir schools (about 13,000 students) and Vinnitsya (14,000 students) are invited to child cinemas (Franko cinema in Zhytomir and “Family” in Vinnitsya) to view “Horton” movie for free. At cinema entrance, kids will be welcomed by generally loved “Pustunchiky” elephants. Before cinema show, the representatives of TM “Rud” will inform children of ice cream consumption’s benefits and snack-group products’ hazardousness. In order to differentiate out subject lecture from boring school classes and interest the audience, the explanation process will be visualized. During the mini-lecture, a reel will be broadcasted to kids; it will include shots with cold sweets’ production, the interview with pediatrician and PSC “Zhytomir Butter Plant” marketing expert. Afterwards, surely, “Horton” cartoon will follow.

“Horton” — is a movie about African friend of our “Pustunchik”, the same playful, happy and frolicsome. The premiere of the “Horton” movie, from the makers of “Ice Age”, became the most successful from the beginning of 2008. During March 14—16, cash register amounted about $16 million, that is why we have chosen this movie for kids, as the most rating and amusing among the rest, which were released on the big screen from the beginning of 2008.

After the movie, each will receive a small souvenir from TM “Rud”. But, this is not the whole story! Since April 14, TM “Rud” starts an action that will last till June 1 — the Children Protection Day. One must cut the logotypes from any package of “TM ”Rud“ products and exchange them on prizes in order to take part in it:

  • 30 logotypes — mobile phone bag;
  • 20 logotypes — trinket flash-light;
  • 10 logotypes — pen.

The logotypes’ exchange will take place on May 17 and June 1, 2008 nearby the Pushkin A. S.  monument in the Gagarin Park.
