Required ingredients:"Rud" TM champignons - 300 g, garden salad – 100g; any hard pressed cheese – 50g; tin-canned sardine (1 can), carrot (1); bulb onion (1); two eggs, fresh or marinated cucumber, mayonnaise – 100g; vegetable oil and salt.
- Champignons are to be sliced and pan fried in the vegetable oil. When using chilled mushrooms, remember that they do not require prior defrosting.
- Place so cooked mushrooms on the sieve to let the surplus oil to be poured off.
- Slice bulb onion and grate carrot with help of large cell grater. Then fry onion and carrot until they are completely ready.
- Mash sardines with help of fork.
- Boil eggs and as well mash them with help of fork
- Cut in small pieces garden salad leaves.
- Then slice a cucumber.
- Take deep vessel and put therein the following layers: a half portion of salad, a half of saut?ed champignons and mashed eggs, then cucumbers, sardines, carrot and onion, and finally the rest of mushrooms, eggs and garden salad. In doing so, grease each layer with mayonnaise.

Champignon Salad with Corn and Chicken

- Chop spring onions, dill and parsley.
