8 serves:

• 1 chicken,
• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar”mix «Vegetables with Rice and Mushrooms»,
• 50 g butter,
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
• salt, garlic and spices to taste.

Rub chicken with mixture of combined grated garlic, mayonnaise, salt and spices and marinate for 30 min (may be more, but not less).

Meanwhile, cook the mix for 5—7 min (after boiling), add butter, leave to cool and spice to taste. Marinated chicken stuff with mixture, sew opening and roast at 160—180 °С for 60—80 min. Serve hot with various sauces.
