Rainbow Strawberry

Serves 4:

  • 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar”strawberry;
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • 200 g TM “Rud” sour cream;
  • 30 g of gelatin;
  • 2 g of citric acid.

Pour cool boiled water over gelatin in two glasses and leave it for swelling (it is recommended to stir, especially at the beginning). 4/5 package of frozen strawberry boil in 0.7 l of water, add 1 cup of sugar and citric acid, dissolve and take off the heat, than add 1 cup of prepared gelatin and dissolve it also. Put the rest of frozen strawberries into a mould, cover it with prepared syrup and put in the refrigerator. Whip sour cream with the rest of sugar. The second glass of gelatin heat at a steam bath, add it to whipped sour cream, while stirring, and top the first layer with sour cream mixture. Place the moulds in the fridge till the final setting. Before serving, hold the mould under steam for 0.5 — 11 min and lay out the way, so that strawberries would be at the top. You may decorate it with mint and lime.
