Ingredients:

• 500 g of cottage cheese «Rud»
• 10 g of sugar
• 3 yolks
• 100 g of butter «Khutorok»
• 12 g of gelatin
• 350 ml of milk «Rud»
• 400 g of the defrozen berries (strawberry or cherry) from «Shef-Kuhar»

Directions

1. Stir butter with sugar and yolks to make foam.
2. Blend the mix, then add cottage cheese. Dissolve gelatin in hot milk, cool, combine with cheese mix. Then add to a dessert the defrozen berries and stir thoroughly.
3. Put the prepared mixture in the form, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
4. In several hours gently take the dessert out of the form, place on a serving plate and garnish with berries, fresh mint leaves, sweet sauce to taste.
