3 serves:

• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar” mix «New Potatoes In Vegetables»,
• 1 cup cream,
• 2 eggs,
• 100 g cheese,
• salt and spices to taste.

Boil mix in salted water for 5 min., drain, cool and pour into a baking pan. Blend eggs, cream, grated cheese and spice until smooth and top vegetables in the pan. Bake for 7—10 min. at 160—180 °С. Serve hot with spicy sauce.
