Vegetable food takes the leading place in the most earth population’s nutrition and for some peoples — it is the main one. A lot of proven investigation show that in those places, where dominates various vegetable food, people get sick less and live longer.
“There is a great power in vegetables” — this notice is dated 1073 (“Svyatoslav’s anthology”), and today modern scientists agree completely with the conclusion of unknown Old Russian chronicler.
