The required ingredients are as follows:
- Squash – 100 g;
- 2 Apples;
- Durum semolina – 2 tablespoons;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of ”Rud”TM Milk;
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons;
- ”Rud”TM Dairy Butter – 1 teaspoon.
The first thing to do when cooking the pudding is to peel a squash. Peel a squash and cut it into small pieces. Further on, place it into saucepan with milk and simmer until becomes tender. Then, add apples grated on large-cell grater, while in doing so, gradually pour durum semolina and continuously mix the mass boiling on the small fire. Turn off the stove burner and wait until the pudding is cooled. Upon mass is cooled, add eggs beaten up until frothed and 1 tablespoon of dairy butter. After that, mix thoroughly all ingredients and put them into baking oven for 30 minutes. After this time your pudding will be ready!
