4 serves:

• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar” cauliflower,
• 3—4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
• 2—3 chive garlic,
• 1 egg,
• salt and spices to taste,
• parsley to garnish.

Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 5—7 min. Cool and combine with mayonnaise and grated garlic, spice to taste. Garnish with grated egg and parsley.
