Cheese dessert
Serves 4:
- 400 g of TM “Shef-Kuhar” «strawberry»;
- 6 spoons of sugar;
- 200 g of TM “Rud” cheese with 9% of fat content;
- 250 g TM “Rud” sour cream
Unfreeze strawberry, add sugar, grated cheese and sour cream and whip in blender till homogeneous state. Such dessert is served in brioche moulds.
