• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar” mix «Champignon Soup»,
• 1 l broth,
• 1 tablespoon butter,
• salt and spices to taste.

Soup mix pour into a boiling broth and simmer for 8—10 min. Remove from heat, uncover and let stand for 5 min. Then, blend the soup in blender; add salt and spices to taste. Serve puree hot.
