• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar” mix «Champignon Soup»,
• 1—1.5 l broth,
• 1 tablespoon butter,
• 1.5 tablespoons flour,
• 1 cup cream,
• salt and spices to taste.

Soup mix pour into broth and simmer for 5—7 min. Fry flour in butter until brown, combine with broth and simmer 5 more min. Salt and spices add to taste. Serve the soup hot with cream and toasts.
