• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar” cauliflower,
• 2 eggs,
• 1 tablespoon flour,
• 2 tablespoons bread-crumbs,
• salt and spices to taste.

Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 5—7 min. Blend the eggs, combine flour with bread-crumbs. Cool the mixture and deep each blossom cluster into eggs first, then into flour with bread-crumbs and fry in oil until brown.
