Batter:

• 3 cups flour
• 0.75 cup water,
• 1 egg,
• 0.5 teaspoon baking soda.

Stuffing:

• 4 of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar” cups frozen cherries,
• 0.5 cup sugar.

Roll our not too thin dough, to keep cherries inside. Place cherries into plate, combine with sugar and leave for 25—30 min., then put in colander to filter the sweet juice and serve it with vareniki.

Carefully take vareniki out of boiling water to keep shell. Serve vareniki with filtered sweet juice or sour cream combined with sugar.
