• 400 g of ТМ “Shef-Kuhar”mix «“Premium” Vegetables with Mushrooms»,
• 3 eggs,
• 3—4 tablespoons oil,
• salt, pepper and spices to taste.

Frozen mix fry in oil for 5—8 min., salt and spice to taste. In fried vegetables make 3 hollows, place eggs in each one of them and fry uncovered for 3—5 min. at a low heat. Serve hot.
