For successful realization of strategic goals of the company, the management’s understanding of the role of corporate culture acquires the growing importance. Western companies, in staff recruitment, use the SWAN system: a potential worker has to be Smart, Work hard, Ambitious, and also pleasant and honest (Nice). Regarding Ukrainian companies, the most of them choose the system of “unique organization”, where all workers, while carrying out one mission, are joined by the sense of responsibility for the common purpose.
Every company forms its own system of corporate culture, so that, first of all, the given goal was reached. This system is composed of certain values and is supported by the leadership of the company. For this reason, the culture, which has been forming, becomes the so-called visit card of the company. A corporate culture creates the special internal atmosphere in the company, which mobilizes people on realization of top goals and mission of the corporation: rises quality and intensity of work of every worker, production conflicts come to minimum. At present, most of the leaders examine corporate culture as a powerful strategic instrument, which orients all subsections on common goals’ achievement. Except for corporate attributes, corporate culture is strengthened by order and traditions of organization, corporate symbolism and corporate activities. Perfectly-made calendars, interior-decoration elements are the subjects of workers’ self-esteem. Corporate parties, business, sport measures bring colleagues together; promote the improvement of internal climate in a collective. Indeed, the “Rud” company had prepared an interesting celebration of season’s close, which took place in a wonderful place near Zhytomir. All participants of celebration took an active part in competitions, corporate football, had a chance to dance and see the festive fireworks. Especially, we would like to single out “karaoke” competition in which all participants were parted on two groups and showed their best artistic and singing abilities. The first prize — the system “Karaoke” — received a winner — the chief of the compressor department Gavrylyuk I. V. Moreover, how many talents were unveiled! They will prove themselves! Besides, we must single out out-of-competition performances of Rud P. V. and Trokoza V. M., who, by their own example, supported the participants of competition and encouraged them to great performances in a finale.
