Qualitative plant preparation for a new season essentially influences its course. After all, trouble-free work of all equipment allows reaching goals concerning plant volumes and production sales. Technical director, Sergiy Ivanovich Bondar, guarantees that technical services will carry out preparation for a season precisely in time.

-Sergiy Ivanovich, how results of the previous year have affected preparation for a new season?

-2009 year has been really difficult, in the world, as well as in Ukraine, the economic crisis raged. But, disregarding all circumstances, our plant, thanks to our management and the coordinated work of all subsections and services, has adequately finished a 2009 season. The technical service has applied all efforts for stable work of the plant. We have taken into consideration those methods of work which have allowed us to get certain advantages, to reach defined goals. Noted approaches will be actively applied in a new season.

-What actions were carried out within the limits of preparation for a 2010 season by technical subsections of the company?

-Since September of last year, works on capital repairs, reequipments and improvements of the equipment performance in plant shops have begun. The technical department had been developed such projects as a new reception of raw materials for non-fat dried milk and butter department, has been improved and modernized operating СІР-wash of ice cream departments № 5 and № 3, has been re-planned to more spacious and convenient household premises for workers of all operating shops. Services of the plant engineer, a building site, main power engineering specialist had been embodied all those tasks and projects which have been put for 2009-2010.

-Sergiy Ivanovich, Your service is the centre of technical innovations, operative equipment improvements. Will You tell, what innovations in existing equipment park have been carried out?

- The enterprise had bought a lot of new equipment for labor productivity increase. These are new evaporators for compressor shop, a new freezer 1500 for ice-cream shop; the Straightline 500 with new compressors and the freezing chamber, which is dismantled and is mounted. Noted works are planned, works are organized so that in as much as possible short terms qualitatively realize all defined actions.

-Will You tell, what works are carried out on plant building sites at present?

-At this time, building of a new warehouse for container storage in plant territory proceeds. These works are extremely important, after all production portfolio of TM "Rud" is rather big, and packing materials volumes annually increase.

-Sergiy Ivanovich, what are Your wishes to all services of the plant on the eve of a new season?

- I wish to all mutual understanding, endurance and prosperity. There is a lot of work, and suspension of reached goals is impossible, we must move forward, without standstills. I consider, movement is life, and especially it concerns advances to new victories and achievements. It is necessary to remember that we are one team, which works on the common result. I wish to all constructive work and a successful season!
