From October 13th till October 16th, 2006, the enterprises of foodstuff branch were celebrating their professional holiday. Celebration of this holiday took place at our enterprise too — it was started from Chairman of the Board speech. Petro Rud’ summed up the working results of the current year, mentioned the effective working performance of every department and unit, read out some gratuity lists from customers, and finally wished nice psychological climate among the team and successes in achievement of still more results in the future.

Celebration ceremony was attended by Mayor of the city — Mrs. Vira Sheludchenko and officials from municipal executive committee, while congratulations were as well received from Regional Administration and Regional Parliament. Official part including congratulations and rewarding from enterprise supervision management and public authorities was followed by concert program, which was considerd to be the final part of celebration.

In the framework of the celebration of Foodstuff Industry Worker’s day, the Head of Transport Department — Anatoliy Pereguda was awarded with honorary diploma from Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.

The following persons were awarded by Ukrainian Ice Cream Association with breastplate — Honorary Specialist of Ukrainian Ice Cream Production Branch:

• Olga Gonchar (Chief production engineer);
• Nina Konchakivska (Ice Cream and waffle products workshop superintendent).

The following persons were awarded by Zhytomyr Regional Administration with the diploma — For Innocent Work, High Professionalism, and in the occasion of birthday — Mrs. Olga Gonchar.

The following persons were awarded by Municipal Executive Committee with the diploma — For innocent work, active penetration in public life, and personal contribution into city industry development, and in the occasion of Foodstuff Industry Worker’s day:

• Ivan Gavrylyuk (Head of Compressor Workshop);
• Mykola Bezverkhyi (Head of Finished Product Section);
• Natalya Khodakivska (Dairy Production Foreman).

The following persons were awarded by PSC “Zhytomyr Dairy Factory” with gilded figurine on white marble stand — Rizhok Rud’ — For Particular Achievements and Professionalism for the welfare of Rud’ company: Olga Gonchar.

Many employees were awarded with valuable presents and diplomas for innocent work, while diplomas for Recognized High Results in Training Organization and Process were presented to:

• Larysa Fedorenko (Head of Quality Department);
• Olga Gonchar.

In view of Agriculture Branch Worker’s day in November, Mrs. Lyubov Nechayeva (Head of Personnel Department) was awarded:

• By Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine — with Gratitude for Innocent work and achieved results in the name of economical strengthening and prosperity of Ukraine.
• By Zhytomyr Regional Administration — with honorary diploma — For high professionalism.
