TM "Rud" held a tasting ice cream
The company "Rud" held a tasting ice cream, whose task was a comparative evaluation of different brands of ice cream.
Tasting took place in two stages stakeholder groups of various ages: 17-30 and 31-60 years.
In the first stage of the ice cream was compared plombirnoy group (with a production which uses only milk fat) in the second - ice cream with a combined commodity composition of six different brands.
For the objective results, trademarked probuemogo ice cream were not disclosed. Estimates of ice cream exhibited by several criteria: taste, color, smell, texture and overall assessment.
To taste is not "mixed" tasters offered warm tea without sugar.
