Crapes with cottage cheese
Recipe of crapes with cottage cheese is quite simple.
You need the following ingredients for cooking:
Dough:
- 1,5–2 glasses of flour;
- 2 glasses of “Rud” milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- pinch of salt;
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
Filling:
- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 teaspoons of butter or sour cream;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- pinch of vanillin.
Cooking instructions:
First of all we make dough. Mash eggs with salt and sugar. Pour milk (0.5–0.75 glass) to this smooth and whip thoroughly. Slowly add flour while mixing thoroughly. Pour rest of milk and oil, and mix ingredients well again. Now you can fry. Grease pan with oil before frying the first crape. Fry crapes on both sides approximately 1–1.5 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Pass cottage cheese through a sieve or through a mincing machine. Add egg, sugar, vanillin, sour cream or butter to the cottage cheese mass. Mix everything well. Put 1–2 tablespoons of filling on the crape and fold it up in envelope (or in roll, or as your imagination wants). Fry ready-made crapes on a preheated pan for 2 minutes on both sides. And that is all. Crapes with cottage cheese are ready.
Advice: you may change the recipe of crapes with cottage cheese. For example, you may prepare salted filling instead of sweet/ Just add salt, pepper, greens and sour cream to the cottage cheese mass.
Crapes with apples
Delicious crapes with apple filling will bring joy to anyone.
You need the following ingredients for cooking:
Dough:
- 2–3 glasses of flour;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 60 ml of vegetable oil;
- pinch of salt;
- 1.5–2 glasses of “Rud” milk or boiled water.
Filling:
- 8–10 fresh apples;
- 50 g of butter;
- cinnamon, sugar to taste.
Cooking instructions:
Make dough for crapes the same way. But make another filling. At the beginning clean of the peel of washed apples and grate them. After that melt butter in the frying pan. Then fry and stew grated apples in it for approximately 10 minutes. Add cinnamon and sugar (if apples are sweet you may not add sugar). Also you may add raisins. Put the filling on the crape and fold it up in roll. Delicious crapes with apples are ready!
Crapes with meat
Nourishing and delicious crapes with meat will be to your taste.
You need the following ingredients for cooking:
Dough:
- 1 glass of flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 glasses of “Rud” milk;
- salt, sugar to taste.
Filling:
- 300 g of meat;
- 2 onions;
- 20 g of butter;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Cooking instructions:
Cook crapes in the same way as in previous recipes. Let's start cook the filling. Wash meat and cut into small pieces. Then brown it in oil. Fry onion in another pan. Meat and onion must be fried to medium degree of doneness. After that, pass meat and onion through a sieve or blender. Put ready-made slurry in the pan. Add butter, salt and pepper. You need to fry it for 5–6 minutes. Now put the filling on the crap and fold it up in envelope. Crapes with meat are ready for serving.
Crapes with mushrooms

You need the following ingredients for cooking:
Dough:
- 300 g of flour;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0.75 l of milk;
- oil for frying.
Filling:
- 150 g of dried mushroom;
- 1 baked roll;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tablespoons of “Rud” soar cream;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Cooking instructions:
Make dough and fry the crapes. For filling you need to wash the mushrooms well and boil until ready. Chop onions and brown it in a pan. Add chopped mushrooms and broil everything together. Add 2–3 tablespoons of soup stock and stew it. Pass baked roll soaked in soup stock and stewed mushrooms through a sieve. Put the ready-made slurry on the crape and fold it up in roll and fry it. Serve up hot crapes.
Crapes with chicken

- 50 ml of water;

- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of soup stock or “Rud” milk;
- bundle of greens.

Make dough and fry the crapes. After that, prepare the filling. First of all boil chicken fillet. Cool it. Chop greens, onions and meat. Fry chicken meat and onion on the preheated pan. Add soup stock and after that pass the meat mass through blender. Add chopped greens and stir everything. The filling is ready. Fold up crapes and dish up.
