Recipe of homemade kefir pizza with mushrooms
You need the following ingredients for cooking pizza with mushrooms:
Dough:
- 1 glass of kefir;
- 200 g of flour;
- 0.5 teaspoon of yeast powder;
- 100 g of mayonnaise.
Filling:
- 300 g of mushrooms;
- 1 tomato;
- 0.5 onion;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 100 g of ham;
- 150 g of cheese;
- olives, greens to taste.
Cooking instructions:
Prepare dough. First mix egg, kefir, salt and 0.5 teaspoon of yeast powder. Slowly add flour and knead dough. Consistence of dough should be a bit stiffer than dough for pancakes. Put the ready-made dough into the baking pan greased with oil. Grease dough with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Fry onions. Also fry mushrooms. Put tomatoes sliced into circles, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and julienne sliced ham on the dough. Put olives and strew largely with grated cheese and with chopped greens. Bake pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Pizza with mushrooms is ready for serving. Enjoy your meal!
Recipe of homemade yeasty pizza with sausage
You need the following ingredients for cooking pizza with sausage:
Dough:
- 150 g of dried yeast;
- 1 teaspoons of salt;
- 250 ml of water;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 400 g of flour;
Filling:
- 150 g of cheese;
- 3-4 tomatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
- 150 g of sausage;
- 1 bell pepper;
- spices to taste.
Cooking instructions:
Dissolve dried yeast in a small amount of warm water. Mix yeast, flour, salt and oil. Knead slack dough while pouring water slowly. Leave the ready-made dough in warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling: slice sausage, onion and tomatoes in circles, cut bell pepper into strips. Grate half of cheese, chop the remaining piece into thin slices.
Roll out dough and put it into a form greased with vegetable oil. Prepare sauce of mayonnaise and tomato paste, grease the dough. Put sliced sausage and strew with cheese. Top with tomatoes and pepper, sprinkle with spices and cover with slices of cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Recipe of Italian pizza
You need the following ingredients for Italian pizza cooking:
Dough:
- 200 g of high-grade flour;
- 200 g of granular flour;
- 1 egg;
- 5 g of dried yeast;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 0.5 glass of water;
- pinch of salt and pinch of sugar.
Filling:
- 200 g of vine-ripened tomatoes;
- 8 leafs of basil;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 10 olives;
- 25 g of parmesan;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- mother-of-thyme;
- oregano;
- salt and sugar.
Cooking instructions:
Mix high-grade flour and granular flour, add dried yeast. Beat up egg and olive oil with a fork. Pour warm water to this beaten mixture, mix all and pour into the sieved flour. Knead the dough well until it becomes elastic. Set aside the dough for 1 hour.
Pour over ripe tomatoes with boiling-hot water and remove the skin. Cut them in half and remove seeds. After that, cut it into small pieces. Put chopped tomatoes, salt, olive oil and basil into the deep bowl. When tomatoes give juice, pour it out.
Put tomatoes with basil on the dough. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, olives, mother-of-thyme and oregano. Strew largely with grated parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
