There are countless recipes for omelette with milk which allow cooking delicate, juicy and tasty dish.
Variations on “omelette” theme
If to believe the history, first omelette was not significantly different from the usual fried eggs, unless, eggs were thoroughly whipped before frying, that gave to the dish a more delicate and airy consistency as a result. French omelette is traditionally prepared from beaten eggs with a small addition of butter and is served twisted in a tube. Italian frittata besides eggs and milk is prepared filled with cheese and vegetables, and in Spanish tortilla artichokes, onions and potatoes are added. Modern omelette with milk recipes

To prepare a fast dish for breakfast, you can use the most approximate to the French omelette variant. For this you will need:
• Eggs – 3 pcs;
• Milk – 3 Tbsp;
• Butter for frying;
• Salt and spices to taste.
Break eggs into a bowl; add salt and spices to taste. Whip thoroughly with whisk or electric mixer gradually adding milk from “Rud” TM. Received mass can be prepared in several ways: fry with butter on low heat in a pan or pour into the prepared molds and steam. The second option is preferable in the case of cooking breakfast for the child.
If you have a few extra minutes, you can make an omelet with some filling. Different vegetables, especially bell peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts, mushrooms are well combined with eggs. Omelette with the addition of cheese and ham is very flavorful and rich.
Omelette with champignons, stewed in dairy cream
• Champignons – 2-3 pcs
• Eggs – 2 pcs;
• Dairy cream 3-4 Tbsp;
• Milk – 1 Tbsp;
• Hard cheese – 30 g.
On a heated pan pour the dairy cream and put mushrooms shredded into strips, stew for 7-10 minutes and stirring occasionally. At that time whip eggs with milk, add salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese. Pour fried mushrooms by the prepared mass, cover and stew on low fire for another 7-10 minutes. Serve with greens and sour cream.
Frittata with asparagus
To prepare this Italian dish take 6 eggs and 50 g of milk, whip thoroughly and join with 150 g of grated cheese. Add salt and spices to taste. On heated pan, melt 1 Tbsp of butter, add 200 g of boiled asparagus and stew for 4-5 minutes. At the end of cooking sprinkle it with chopped bunching onion, pour with egg mixture and cook on low fire for another 5 minutes. Further frittata must be baked in an oven preheated to180°C for 9-10 minutes.
