It is convenient and wholesome – Frozen vitamins by “Rud” Company

Spinach Cream Soup
Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add spinach and stew the mass for further 10 minutes. After that, place spinach into cooker with broth and boil for further 10-12 minutes. Then pour the soup into blender and beat it up until the mash is formed. Following that put the mass back into cooker, add sliced salmon and mix it with a glass of cream, and finally, warm it up (DO NOT BOIL). In the time of serving it shall be possible to decorate it with greens.
Burrito in Lavash (flat unleavened wheat bread)
In order to prepare the stuffing cut the onion in thin circles and fry it in the frying pan with vegetable oil. Put a little melted mix “Mexican” into the frying pan. Fry the vegetables on moderate fire. Lay lavash on the table, spread with mayonnaise and lay out the pickled cucumbers and cheese cut in little cubes, strew with greens and distribute the mix. Connect the edges of lavash and then roll it. Burrito shall be served with greens.
Frozen Vegetables with Butter, Cheese and Soy Sauce
Put the vegetables into glass or ceramic vessel and then, place into microwave (preferably with function “Grill”) and leave it for further 20-22 minutes. After that, take the vessel out, pour with soy sauce, add the butter, strew with grated cheese and put it back into microwave for further 3 minutes. This one can be served either as separate dish or as trimming for meat based dishes.
Cauliflower with Shrimps
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into warmed up frying pan, and continuously stirring, add shrimps, cauliflower, pepper, mushrooms and purret in sequence. Put just cooked components on the grate installed on frying pan. Dilute pounded garlic and starch in cold water and add together with sugar, pepper and salt to the rest of oil. Then, add soy sauce and stew continuously stirring the mass for further 3-4 minutes on moderate fire. The finally cooked dish shall be served with prepared sauce.
