The most useful breakfast!
According to dietitians, the most useful and quick-to-prepare breakfast is considered porridge with fruit.
For such breakfast you need:
- 1 cup of oat meal;
- 1 cup of «Rud» milk;
- 50 g of «Rud» cottage cheese of 9% or 2% of fat content;
- Bananas (pears or apples).
Cook oat meal with milk. Let it cool for a while, add cottage cheese. Cut into small pieces fruit (apples, pears, bananas) and add to porridge.
