Champignon Soup with Cream
In order to cook the dish for six, use the following ingredients: Mix “Champignon Soup”, 400g; Broth, 1-1.5l; Butter, 1 table-soon Flour, 1.5 table-soon; Cream, 1 glass; Salt and spices to the taste.
Pour the soup mix into the broth and boil it for 5-7 minutes. Fry the flour using butter until it is of golden color, then, add it to the broth and boil for the further 5 minutes. Salt and spices shall be added to the taste. This dish shall be hot served with cream and fried croutons.
Champignon Cream-Soup
In order to cook the dish for six, use the following ingredients: Mix “Champignon Soup”, 400g; Broth, 1l; Butter, 1 table-soon; Salt and spices to the taste.
Pour the soup mix into the boiling broth and remove it from fire after 8-10 minutes open the lid and wait for 5 minutes. After that, beat up the soup by blender and add salt and spices to the taste. This dish shall be hot served.
