2009 – is a year of all our efforts’ consolidation, aimed at our leading position strengthening on ice cram market of Ukraine. Disregarding recession conditions, we managed to make a new skip that amazed both market operators and experts. Hope, during the new year the company will be keeping its dynamic development, diversification and reach the goals. We have already launched new projects, and have a bunch of work ahead. The plant is actively preparing to a new ice cream season by complex manufacturing modernization. I suppose that 2010 will become a year of new achievements, but we should remember that market competitiveness must be strengthened the most. Deep gratitude to all colleagues and workers of our plant and their selfless labor and new ideas!

Commercial Director (on trade) Trokoz Volodymir Mykolayovich
During 2009, we had felt ups and downs of sales volumes. In general, for sales, marketing and logistics sectors the year was successful. Each one of us became more effective, flexible, trained, because we often had to work in extreme conditions.

As to 2010 – this is the year of further victories and achievements. I believe in our team and am assured that we can reach the goals. I think that the year to come will give a chance to take the next step of personal development.

Technical Director Bondar Sergiy Ivanovich
2009 – is a year that showed that the plant can adapt to market conditions easily. During the active season we had no failures in production equipment operation, which gave a possibility to reach high indices. At present, we are carrying out new season preparation to guarantee our production plans realization. Team work assists in-time heading work stages’ fulfillment.

Financial Director Isakova Svitlana Yuryivna
2009 – is a year of active and tough work of plant financial service in hard conditions of constant changes in current legislation. Strict budget formation and complex control over plans’ accomplishment was a base of our work. General goals were reached due to coordinated work of all plant’s subdivisions. Hope that in 2010 we will reach even better results.

Production Manager Sukhovetsky Olexander Leonydovich
Last year became the best one for production department – we have produced the biggest ice cream volume for the whole history of the plant. TM “Rud” has increased butter and cultured milk foods’ production volumes. PSC “Zhytomir Butter Plant” is almost the only plant in the branch that improved production quality in crisis period. I suppose that 2010 will be the year of new types of products’ presentation that will suit our consumers’ tastes that will be the assets of further company development in market.

President Deputy Darman Marat Mikhaylovich
2009 – is a successful year that showed how plant may function in unfavorable conditions, what our team is worth. 2010 will be the year of further market war, we have to perfect our strategy to prevent market disorders and use market possibilities at most. Our team spirit will help us. Above all, we are ready to move!

Logistics Director Kryvoshey Mikhaylo Ivanovich
We have passed another year that frightened us in the beginning by unpredictable economic situation and fear in the hearts of people.

Yet life likes insistent people with strong spirit, and it is all about us, those who are working in the “Rud” company. Plucking up our spirit, we have showed that we may work and reach the tops that are considered as dreams for others. I am proud that while reaching perfect yearly results, the services that I am heading made all efforts, realizing that selfless everyday labor of each one of us is required by people, who consume and respect our plant’s production.

The New Year to come, we are waiting with new ideas and assuredness that all plans will be realized.
