Before taking the position of Financial Director, Svitlana Yur’ivna Ysakova had been working on the manufacture as a chief accountant and took the hardest tasks with eagerness. She — is a lady with strong character — just, responsible, honest and decent, who is confident that a team must work according to a principle: “One for all and all for one”.
— Svitlana Yur’ivna, first of all, will You, please, tell us where had started Your professional career?
— My professional career had started as a payment accountant with suppliers on the public catering establishment in Radomishl’ town of Zhytomir region.
— For a long time, You held a position of Chief Accountant of the greatest company in Ukraine in ice cream branch of industry; will You, please, tell us what Your sphere of obligations was composed of?
— The core obligation of the chief accountant is the control of financial and economic operations on the factory. It is the keeping of accounting and taxation records, according to the requirements of current legislation, which changes constantly in our state.
— And now, when You have changed the position of the chief accountant to Financial director, what has changed in Your functional obligations? What difficulties have You faced on new position?
— The formation of operative and strategic budget of our “Rud” Company and the analysis conduction of financial and economic activity were added to my functional obligations.
— What professional skills and experience from Your previous position, do You consider to be the most valuable for Your current and further work?
— My professional skills and experience from my previous position get further development in the vision of the financial future of our “Rud” Company.
— Svitlana Yur’ivna, there were and are people in Your subordination. What do You think, what is the core element in management? How do You solve the arising conflicts?
— The core element in management I think is to listen to the opinion of every employee and take the corresponding logical conclusions.
Further, I want to unite our collective under the main slogan — “One for all and all for one”. Because, the rate of leader’s work — is the rate of team’s work.
-Motivation is important for every person — it is the evaluation of his abilities, victories, and achievements. What kind of motivation, in Your opinion, is the most worthwhile and what do You apply in Your work towards the employees and, particularly, to Your subordinates?
— I suppose that the motivation on work results of each worker is the most worthwhile. It can be either moral or financial motivation. The core principle of motivation — is the formation of employee’s promotion as a complete professional personality.
— TM “Rud” is holding the leading positions on the ice cream market of Ukraine for a long time; from Your point of view, what is the proprietary secret of successful manufacture’s development?
— The proprietary secret of successful development — is the President of the Company and the Head of Board of Directors
— Petro Volodymyrovych Rud’, who represents the main generator of ideas. Due to his professional skills and professional skills of the staff, he has united and grown, the ‘Rud“Company is successfully moving ahead.
— Svitlana Yur’ivna, what are the main values and principles that guide You in Your work?
— The main principles of my work are:

— What are the priori courses that can be marked in the work for the nearest future? What new things are You going to implement in the sphere, You are managing?
— The major course is — the formation of the manufacture’s budget for 2008, so that our prognosis could be proven by factual performance. In order to reach this goal, we are planning, in full measure, use the software.
— Are there going to be some strategic course’s changes of the company’s development?
— I suppose, the strategic course was chosen correctly, and there will not be any fundamental changes.
— Svitlana Yur’ivna, will You reveal us the secret how do You manage such tensed schedule with family?
— Due to the support of my husband and son, I can combine such work schedule with my family.
— I would like to ask You: what is the most important in Your life, as mother, woman, manager?
— The development of our society, where the future generation would be able to bet the all-round development, is the most important in my life. — And, finally, what pieces of advice could You give and what would You wish to everyone? — I want to wish to all employees of the manufacture health, happiness to You and Your families, so that You could always be satisfied with Your work; as for the collective — they should never stop on the reached goals and always move forward.
