Total output volume was increased by 8.5 times, from 18 to 150 tons per day, due to selfless labor of the PSC «Zhytomir Butter Dairy» collective, implementation of new technologies and production process optimization.
It is clear that without new decisions and innovations realization, such skip was impossible. In order to keep the highest level of production quality, which corresponds to all contemporary norms, you need to pay as much attention as possible to sanitary processing of pipelines and equipment.
The leadership of the company has chosen the right development direction, which could justify itself the most: during plant department reconstruction, we shifted to modern and highly productive equipment. This step secured high quality washing and disinfection of the whole equipment without human intervention. Under skilled leadership of the Head of technical department, the engineers, Kuzmuk S.V., Polyvin A.U., and Korshenyuk I.V., analyzed information about SIP-washers’ operation of Russian, Polish and Czech production. Own SIP-washer construction was developed, where requests of the Head of the ice cream production department, Konchakivska N.O., and production department and laboratory workers were considered.
Technical department has developed engineering documentation and operation algorithm, regarding requirements to implement food safety system on our plant, to follow safety techniques of workers, while working with hazardous substances and to reduce human factor influence.
Workers of CaIE service, Bochkivsky P.S., and Vlasyuk S.A., along with electrical engineer Fayduk V.S., have developed and assembled operation scheme and have written a program of plant operation and executable processes’ setting control.
Sales department had purchased equipment and materials, crew of the plant engineer department, including Ryaboshchuk V.A., Kuzminsky V.V., Talko B.A., Stetsuk M.I., Velichko S.I., Khalylov R.A.-O., assembled mechanical part.
The whole connection and balancing and commissioning of electrical part and control and measure equipment was carried under inspection of Corneychuk O.M., electricians Orlik V.S., Dyachenko M.A., Polyanovsky E.M., Ishchenko P.P., and CaIE mechanics Verbovsky V.V., Rostovsky O.Y., and Bzhitsky V.Y.
During balancing and commissioning the following workers took an active part: bacteriologists Metelska O.E., and Leychenko M.G., the chief of boiler house Stepanov S.F., the head of ice cream production department Pokanevich K.M., washermen and department workers, who were trained by Korshenyuk I.V.
After launching the renewed equipment, workers have no need to intervene in washing process personally, sectionalize pipes, open plug valves, stand near hot steam – control alone is needed. Due to implemented innovations, equipment took a heavy and dirty burden from human shoulders: dosing pumps, temperature control, concentration, solution route sensors, and other contemporary equipment.
Operation process perfection and labor condition improvement became the result of plan innovation. But, certainly, the plant is not going to stop at this point and will adopt the best native and foreign practices for more effective operation of all production links.
