In Zhytomir, all-Ukrainian seminar over all regions of Ukraine of vet service managers have recently took place. On the base of Zhytomir factories, seminar participants were demonstrated the most contemporary production and food product storing methods. The most part of seminar participants have visited our factory. Representatives of our factory, Zhygadlo Larysa Mykolayivna, Fedorenko Larysa Vytalyivna, Sukhovetskiy Oleksands Leonydovich, Konchakivska Nyna Oleksiyivna, Moshkivska Nataliya Vasyliyvna, Savarin Olga Mar’yanivna, Milta Victoriya Leonydivna and others had a chance of experience and knowledge exchange on various aspects of quality control development of milk primary product and finished products.

Petro Volodymyrovich Rud, while giving response on numerous questions of vet service experts, had noted that high levels of production quality are hard to reach having 80% of milk from citizens and only 20% - from farms. But, due to professional skills of our workers we may reach these standards of product quality and safety.

The most active participants from Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Poltava vet labs used a chance to get comprehensive information and get to know implementation practice of contemporary methods and instruments of quality and safety management, having discussions with producers and laboratory assistants during long-lasting factory excursion.

Some seminar participants were amazed of modern freezing equipment of the «Rud» company. As to instructive report about logistic system advantages, which made the head of logistics department, Kolinchuk Vadim Dmitriyovich, had added visitors’ impressions.

Seminar program included broadened degustation of TM «Rud» production.

According to vet service workers, «hospitable welcome at PSC «Zhytomir Butter Dairy» overcame visits at other factories by informational fullness».

Seminar participants had marked a high development level of PSC «Zhytomir Butter Dairy». Almost all seminar participants noted urgent need of manufacture state support in modern economy conditions!
