Every year, in the beginning of spring, PSC «Zhytomir Butter Factory» convenes general meetings of shareholders to sum up and present development strategy of the enterprise on the next year. This year the meeting of shareholders has taken place on March, 26th. According to the agenda, all have heard the report of the Chairman of Board, Rud Petro Volodymyrovicha, concerning results of company's performance in 2009. Shareholders of the enterprise have highly evaluated the achievement of the PSC «Zhytomir Butter Factory» in 2009 - leadership in the market (ТМ «Rud» holds the first place - 19,6 % of ice cream market of Ukraine).

Within the limits of work, re-election of the Supervisory board members has been carried out. Vivsik Oksana Petrivna was elected as the chairman of the Supervisory board of a society. Also during the meeting, changes, concerning a stock transfer to the paperless form, has been made in statute, and also the decision to direct net profit of 2010 on development of the enterprise has been accepted.

Next general meeting of collective of the company has taken place in April. Rud Petro Volodymyrovich has announced results of enterprise's performance in 2009 before delegates of labor collective, new directions of development, including social character. Thus, addition is made to the collective agreement concerning support of enterprise employees and improvement of working conditions.
