The leaders of “Ternokholod” company organized a trip to Egypt as a reward for the work of its commercial agents. The tour was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the company establishment. 95% of the company team are the people who have worked in the company 3-9 years. Because of our seasonal business most of the employees can’t rest in summer. So the cold season was an opportune time to catch the sun on the beach of the Red Sea. A part of the bonuses given to the employees in the summer was accumulated to be spent on museums and pyramids visits, diving in the Red Sea and to go on a safari by four-wheelers.

Everybody got impressed with the grandeur and endurance of the Egyptian pyramids whose simple and congruous shapes are pointed at space. The red Sea is the main Egypt’s attraction; it’s truly beautiful, warm and clean. Its water color is fascinating. The desert of Egypt produces overwhelming impressions upon us: sand, dunes, and amazing tints of colors: from yellow, ochre to purple. The trip really impressed us.

Moreover, the tour pitched everyone’s expectations with each employee striving to increase the volume of sales and consequently their wages.
