— Volodymir Grygorovych, what can You say about present tendencies on ice cream market?
— The ice cream market can be found on the stage of consolidation’s reinforcement. In perspective the market will be divided among 5—6 major producers. Even now these producers can be named with high probability. They expand from year to year, yet it happens at most grace to the market redistribution. But the moment that we have no tendencies to product consumption’s increases gives concern. Distributors and, most of all, producers should better think over this issue.
— What can be singled out in this season?
— This season was really successful. First of all, grace to favorable weather conditions. I would like to mention good preparation for the season of both our company and company "Rud". Surely, we have had difficulties, but, in general, the season may be called successful.
— Volodymir Grygorovych, for many years You have been the best distributor. Will You reveal the secret of such success?
— Our company has always been working in advance. We are trying to look in the future some steps forward. It is related to both work system, and its implementation methods and technical equipment.
The opportune decrease of distributor’s portfolio, principles’ understanding and implementation of brand trade system became a significant shift to improvement of qualitative measures.
— What about a personnel situation in Your company? What principles guide You in team fit?
— It should be a combination of professional and social qualities, and proper relation to job and company as a whole.
— What about motivation? What are the core elements in personnel encouragement?
— In our unstable life, company’s stability in all aspects and staff quoting by top management of the company values a lot.
— Just like in any business, force majeurs in business are inevitable. How do You manage with difficulties? How do You solve emergent problems?
— The main point is to have a goal and reach it. We do really have problems sometimes. But only those, who are afraid of work, don’t have them.
— Volodymir Grygorovych, what is Your attitude towards a "sound competition"?
— Positively. I realize that sound competition is the way to development.
— And, finally, Volodymir Grygorovych, what are Your future plans of development?
— Our work is aimed at improvement of our own criteria and progress. We are trying to formulate the interrelation between highest possible qualitative inform of product’s idea and production delivery from producer to consumer. And one of our company’s significant tasks is the improvement of effective work system of "shelf sales".

— Sergiy, for how long You have been working in the company? What position You have started from and how You have climbed the ladder?
— I have been working in the company for almost three years. It is pleasing that my own growth agrees closely with development tendencies of our company. My career started from the position of advertising manager, later I worked as a supervisor of marketing department and for almost eight months I hold current position. Our company, and myself, sets a goal to reach the top, therefore it is interesting to work here and the job itself brings satisfaction.
— What are the components of Your own success?
— I constantly work over self-improvement and skills’ development. Surely, I don’t forget about rest.
— What values guide You in Your job?
— In work I value professionalism and responsible attitude towards job performance. These qualities must closely contact with creative approach to everything, you perform. It is very important in our sphere.
— Sergiy, You have been working in the company that holds the leading positions in its branch of market. Will You, please, tell us about the main components of company’s success?
— In general, marketing strategies must be the foundation of all business processes. Our company is trying to hold the leading place in everything. We realize the great importance of marketing in our work. We keep up to date the innovations of new ideas and work methods.
— How many subordinates do You have? What principles were guiding You in team picking out?
— I supervise the departments of marketing and management and, at present, it is 20 people. Every manager is trying to make like-minded team that follows the values, which are the most important from his point of view. I should think so that we can keep up with it.
— What kinds of difficulties are present in Your work? How do You solve them?
— Sometimes we have difficulties, just like in any other company. The main thing is that we have a goal and we know how to reach it. Difficulties make us stronger and more solidary.
— Sergiy, what are You future plans?
— I have new goals, new achievements and new victories ahead.
— And, finally, what would You like to wish to everyone?
— You should better keep the taste of life. Work takes the most of our time, so this saying relates to job in full.
